Like Water For Elephants
(Endangered Species III)
The Asian elephant, with fewer than 50,000 left in the wild, is a both a symbol of wisdom and a species at risk. Once roaming vast stretches of Asia, these gentle giants shape forests and grasslands, yet face relentless threats from shrinking habitats, the ivory trade, and human conflict. My elephant sculpture honors their enduring spirit while reminding us that without protection, the earth may one day lose its giants.
